As a military spouse who no longer lives locally, I could not have asked for a better real estate agent! I was able to sell my condo in Port Hueneme without having to travel there because April did everything! From doing the first pre-inspection, recommending what needed updated or cleaned, getting estimates for the work and even picking out paint colors she knows show well for buyers, and helping me price it to sell! My condo only stayed on the market 4 hours!! She kept in constant communication with me so I knew where we were in the process and was wonderful to work with! If I could give her 10 stars I would! I highly recommend April to anyone in Ventura County who is in need of a real estate agent!!
