    Erica graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000, and in 2005 received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Erica is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has obtained her Short-Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR). She is very involved at the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors and is a past winner of the Realtor® of the Year award.

    Katie’s family have been residents of Ventura County since 1948 when her grandparents moved to Oxnard when it was a town of just 5,000 residents. Although the county has grown substantially since then, her family has always believed the roots of what makes Ventura special: the beautiful climate, beaches and agricultural community still remain. When Katie was a child, she always dreamed of owning a home here in Ventura and two years ago that dream became a reality. She is excited to help you find your dream home in this beautiful place she calls home.

    Prior to a career in real estate Katie taught high school and middle school history and physical education as well as coaching soccer at various levels.     This beautiful beach community is Jodi's hometown, and she couldn't imagine raising her two boys anywhere else. She completed her college education at the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics. With a passion for design, she then received a certificate in Interior Design through UCSB. Jodi has been a Project Manager in commercial construction for 10 years, running multiple projects with tight deadlines. Her education and work ethic has shaped who she is today, a hard-working professional committed to a successful outcome. Her goal is to make certain each transaction is completed with the utmost professionalism and concern for her clients.

    Jim Stock, long-time resident of Ventura graduated from Buena High School, Ventura Community College and La Verne University. Jim has made Ventura his home for his family for decades. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the US Army, serving from 1971 – 1974, Jim started a career in the Oil & Gas business.
    In 2017, Jim retired as Vice President of Sales and Global Accounts from an international service company. In his tenure in the petroleum industry, Jim secured 100’s of millions in international contracts, managing over 4 billion in sales within the U.S. With all that sales experience Jim has found it difficult to stand still after his retirement and received his Realtor® license in 2018.

    Annie moved to Ventura County six years ago and immediately fell in love with the area. She believes this is the place to live and just "be." As someone who grew up in the Los Angeles/Orange County area, she knows Ventura is a hidden gem.
    What started as a hobby is now a profession. Annie always enjoyed helping friends and family look for homes. She lived all over Southern California and has spent a considerable amount of time in Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, San Diego County, Orange County and Ventura County. That experience is waiting to be used to help you relocate or stay right here in beautiful Ventura County.
    Prior to real estate, Annie taught high school mathematics for ten years. Her core is to guide and educate. She has found that these skills are essential as a real estate agent. She is excited to meet your needs in the home buying and/or selling process.
    She earned her B.A. in Pure Mathematics, M.Ed. in Education, and a Secondary Teacher's Credential from the University of California, San Diego in 2004 and 2005. She got her Real Estate License in 2018.
    Annie lives in Ventura with her husband and three children. She is an avid camper and loves taking road trips with her family.
